Armando Salazar is a supporting character in the Hulu series Love, Victor. He is played by James Martinez
Biography[]
He is originally from Texas, but moved his family to Atlanta after learning of his wife's affair with his boss for which he lost his job after beating up his boss.
Currently, he lives in Shady Creek. He is the middle manager of the building where his family lives.
He is trying to get over his wife's affair, but still holds resentment and anger about it.
Personality[]
Armando is a kindhearted, loving, and forgiving father, but like his wife, he's also somewhat religious. He could be (along with his wife) considered to be a Conservative Christian by some. Though he does have somewhat homophobic views, he doesn't particularly hate gays, he's rather just "critical" and "intolerant" of them, though he tries to accept them as well.
He has quite a jealous and suspicious streak. He is finding it very difficult to get over his wife's cheating. When he sees a man leaving his apartment, he accuses Isabel of lying about her giving music lessons to only children. It turns out the man was a father dropping off his son for lessons.
